The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire air charter services. Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted access to aircraft services that are not part of an airline’s published schedule. The contract provides qualified pilots, appropriate aircraft, and necessary equipment and support to meet the requirements of the State of Washington for the following categories: Category 1- Fire Protection (Fixed Wing), Category 2-Survey (Fixed Wing), Category 3- External Load (Rotor Wing), Category 4- Fire Protection (Rotor Wing), Category 5-Wildlife Management (Rotor Wing), Category 6-Survey (Rotor Wing), Category 7- Passenger (Fixed Wing or Rotor Wing), Category 8- Additional Services
