The National Road Heritage Corridor (the "NRHC") invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of a Regional Master Plan for the Parkersburg to Pittsburgh (P2P) Trail Corridor (hereinafter, the "Master Plan"). The Master Plan will be in the form of a comprehensive, community-driven planning document that integrates outdoor recreation, equitable economic development, and long-term governance to position the P2P Trail as a national model for trail-based rural revitalization. The selected offeror will serve as the contractor for all necessary activities related to the Master Plan's development and completion, and will support the NRHC's grant compliance activities, as described in the NRHC's Request for Proposals (RFP) document.
