The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a reinforced concrete wet well with lining, a valve vault, control panel, generator with pad, installation of submersible pumps, lift station piping, hatches, sanitary sewer systems, force main piping, valves, and fittings. This work also includes drainage improvements, installation of a water line with backflow preventer, paving, driveway construction, bollards, site grading, dewatering, groundwater control, protective coatings on exposed piping, hydro-mulch seeding, stormwater pollution prevention during construction, trench safety systems, electrical and controls work, and all associated appurtenances to deliver a fully operational facility Lift Station facility.
