The selected Offeror shall: 1. Review the existing Oracle Database 9.2 and Oracle Forms 6 environment and document all dependencies. 2. Provide DCR with detailed server specifications and configuration requirements for the Windows Server 2025 Standard environment. 3. Upgrade Oracle Database from version 9.2 to the latest supported version compatible with Windows Server 2025 Standard. 4. Upgrade Oracle Forms from version 6 to the latest supported version compatible with Windows Server 2025 Standard. 5. Provide comprehensive assistance to DCR in determining, specifying, and acquiring all Oracle licenses and application components required for the upgraded environment. This shall include: o Identifying the exact Oracle product editions, options, and quantities required. o Preparing technical specifications for procurement purposes.
