The East Moline Correctional Center seeks to establish a three (3) year contract to include parts and labor to provide general and emergency service for repair, maintenance, and minor alterations to the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and chiller systems including but not limited to: Distribution system. Chillers & Absorption machines. Air-cooled & direct expansion air conditioning units Heating and cooling rooftop units. Water and air condensers. Evaporators. Air handling units & exhaust/ventilator fans. High- and low-pressure steam boilers. Water heaters. Centrifugal, circulating, condensate pumps. Heat exchangers/converters. Pressure reducing valve stations. Operating controllers. Temperature control systems. Pneumatic heating/cooling systems. Unit and equipment replacements.
