The vendor will provide a venue within the City of Boston capable of accommodating up to 1,000 attendees in a concert-style setting. The venue must include: ● A professional-grade stage suitable (8ft x 16ft or larger) for various performances (dance, music, spoken word, etc.) ● Seating for at least 300 attendees, and standing room for the remaining capacity. ● At minimum, one secondary room to be used as a preparation and resting area for volunteers and performers. This room should: ○ Accommodate at least 30 people comfortably. ○ Be easily accessible from the main event space. ○ Offer basic amenities (e.g. tables, chairs). ● Compliance with industry-standard safety regulations.. ● Provide adequate restroom facilities for the expected number of attendees, including gender neutral and handicap accessible options. ● ADA accessible features, including: ○ Clearly-marked ramp, lift, or elevator access to event spaces ○ Wheelchair-accessible pedestrian routes, bathrooms, and seating areas ○ Other accommodations as needed....
