The required services to be provided are a third-party review of the Access and Eligibility Services (AES) Bold 360 project by an expert in the field of industrial and or organizational psychology. Access and Eligibility Services (AES) is launching a Bold 360 leadership survey review process to drive leadership development across the agency. Bold 360 allows staff to provide feedback to their managers, who will receive a compiled report with all the data. Staff will then participate in a follow-up workshop to create a personalized development plan to review with their manager. This plan will be followed throughout the year. The Contractor must have the ability to review and develop a coaching plan associated with the existing online 360 review assessment. The Contractor shall provide 3 sessions with a senior coach. Up to 32 staff will be included in each session. The contractor shall provide a coaching session recap report that includes how the session went, if the candidate was responsive and any recommended development plan suggestions by the coach.
