Provider may perform services, including but not limited to: • Chemical and mechanical brush control to eliminate undesirable species and restore and maintain native grasses and forbs • Maintenance, rehabilitation, and storage solutions for water wells • Repair and refurbishment of existing surface storage tanks • Road maintenance, grading, and drainage improvement • Installation and repair of perimeter fencing • Implementation of erosion control and sediment-management practices • Development and oversight of grazing-management plans • Design and deployment of CO2 carbon-sequestration strategies; Provider may provide comprehensive A/E services for any project phases related to the development of Brewster Ranch. Respondents to this specialization must have professional architects and/or engineers on staff that are registered and licensed to perform services in the State of Texas. Where applicable, proposals should document proven experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) and Design-Build (DB) delivery methods.
