The City of Frederick Parking Department will be expanding their administrative office at the Court Street Parking Garage to incorporate approximately 2,670sf of finished office space that has been recently vacated by another City department. This limited renovation project will include the following features: • Construction of a new Customer Service Vestibule • Minor Interior Office Reconfigurations • Construction of a new ramp to provide an accessible route through the entire office suite • Miscellaneous repairs and retrofits General Trades – Includes but is not limited to: • Selective Demolition – cutting and patching. • Construction of new non-bearing stud walls. • Construction of accessible ramp and stairs. • Construction of new masonry openings in existing walls. • Installation of doors, interior windows, handrails, and finishes.
