This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued to discover marketplace solutions and gather information regarding the process to embark on a tourism branding for the City of Bremerton (City). This RFI is for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation nor should it be construed as an obligation on the part of the City to make any purchases. This RFI is not a selection process for a consultant contract. From the information provided by the respondents to the RFI, a determination will be made regarding any actual contracting through a procurement process. Any future contract that may be awarded must comply with City procurement requirements. The City (Council) and Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) may utilize the results of this RFI in drafting a competitive solicitation through a Request for Submittal for the subject services/products. Its purpose is to provide ideas/solutions which the Council and LTAC_” may use in helping develop a tourism brand RFP for the City. The strategy for this RFI is to provide enough preliminary details about business processes, requirements, recommendations, program elements and associated costs to determine how to develop a DMO RFP. Participation in this RFI is voluntary and the City of Bremerton will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted by a respondent or for the City’s use of that information.
