The Trustees of the California State University on behalf of California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI, CSU, or University) are soliciting proposals from qualified Southern California based charter transportation providers to support university-sponsored academic and co-curricular field trips on an as needed basis. CSUCI seeks to award up to three (3) vendors to provide reliable, safe, cost-effective transportation services on an as needed basis. Trips are typically within Southern California and occur approximately 20–30 times per academic year. CSUCI intends to enter into a three-year fixed pricing agreement, with the option to extend for two additional years, subject to performance, funding, and mutual agreement
