1. Removal of the Concourse & Tower mixing valve stations and associated dead legs, 2. Increase Concourse Mechanical Room boiler and hot water storage temperatures & provide new digital mixing valve stations at Concourse, Pavilion and Tower, 3. Reduce hot water storage and rework piping, explore options for single 1,000 gallon tank and dual 500 gallon tanks. 4. Remove exercise pool back up domestic hot water heating connections and associated piping 5. Investigate and remove dead legs throughout all three buildings, known locations include Pavilion Laundry and Tower 5th and 6th Floors. 6. Remove Tower domestic cold water pressure tank 7. New Domestic hot water booster pumps with VFDs 8. Provide controls for DCW/DHW where required to provide pressure balancing and mixing valve/pump monitoring. 9. Provide electrical modifications to provide power and controls as required.
