This Request for Information (RFI) Notice of Intent to Designate Sole Source is to determine if the specified commodity or service is available from multiple providers, or if an alternate commodity or service is available that would meet the County’s needs. This is not a request for pricing or a purchase commitment. The following commodity or service is thought to be available from only a sole source (or reasonable source) and is the only commodity/services that meets the County’s needs: ReadyOp Communications Inc. ReadyOp Planning and Communications Platform ReadyOp is a proprietary service offering developed and owned by ReadyOp Communications, Inc., combining the following capabilities within a single application: Web-based program to template and prepare for planned Events, incidents, emergencies, and daily operations for single and multiple agencies. Provide six ways to communicate: phone, radio, text, email, alerts, secure video and secure voice with personnel in multiple organizations within a single desktop display. Enable users to securely store, share, and view photographs, maps, rosters and other files with other approved users quickly and from any location with Internet access. Enable users to design and use forms for reporting, checklists, status updates, equipment and training requests, asset management and many more activities.
