UTMB is seeking a partnership with a 340B third party administrator that can coordinate claims adjudication for contract pharmacies. The proposer must have the software solution and capacity to implement and maintain a compliant 340B drug purchasing program including facilitation of contract pharmacy agreements, managing virtual inventories and replenishment of those inventories, verification of patient eligibility, funds management, maintaining accurate pricing and records, and preventing drug diversion and duplicate discounts. The software solution must be capable of connecting with multiple technology partners and data sources to obtain correct data and have functionality to support a comprehensive and transparent self-audit process
