VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a strategic, innovative, and data-driven Organizational Health Consultant with a proven track record in health care to advance our goal of organizational excellence, serving as a strategic partner to leadership, and champion an organizational shift that promotes high performance, employee engagement and a culture of collaborative excellence. Firms will also be responsible for: 1. Designing and implementing an organization-wide culture change strategy that aligns our business goals with one shared vision, internally and externally, from recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, advancement and leadership development. 2. Operate as a ‘player-coach’: ready to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to help us identify, prevent, and manage organizational barriers to fulfilling Massey’s mission to reduce the burden of cancer in the communities that we serve. 3. Aiding in while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation for an esteemed staff of research professionals.
