Offer computer-based test administration, scoring, and related services for the CO PLS Exam under secure, proctored, standardized conditions within the United States, including sufficient geographic coverage in Colorado, described herein beginning on January 1, 2026. At the conclusion of the term or upon termination of any Contract, agree to cooperate with any new vendor for the service and to provide assistance to facilitate the transition of all services to the new vendor as instructed by the State. The State shall not incur any costs associated with the transition. Register with the Colorado Secretary of State. The selected Bidder shall maintain such registration and meet the necessary requirements of the Colorado Secretary of State to do business in Colorado.
