The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a multi-year contract with a contractor to provide roofing envelope assessments, consulting, and project management services on various projects as needed. It is anticipated that selected firm will on existing projects provide roof/envelope assessments, conduct visual inspections, take measurements and core samples, provide reports, conduct quality control as needed for repairs. For new projects the selected firm shall conduct review of submittals, drawings, quality control inspections throughout all phases of the projects. Responsibility will include the review of the invoices and percent complete per schedule for recommendation of approval, conduct construction visits for quality control during installation, and various other roof consultant tasks of public building systems.
