1. Upgrade the A/C unit condenser at the RIT 1 Program Building as per the provided specifications. 2. The Contractor will be responsible for the proper removal and disposal of all construction debris, waste and material in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. 3. The Contractor will remove existing ACCU-1 and associated refrigerant piping from AHU-1. 4. The Contractor will remove existing DX coil. 5. The Contractor will remove, in its entirety, the existing concrete pad. 6. The Contractor will provide a new 6” concrete pad in accordance with the provided specifications. 7. The Contractor will provide and install a new DX coil (Direct Coil 4DX-04-37.5-10-62.0-19). 8. The Contractor will provide and install a new outdoor condensing unit (AAON Model CFA-030-CA-8-LA00N). 9. The Contractor will provide a new chain link fence enclosure in accordance with the provided specifications.
