The City of Frederick is seeking consultant assistance to perform 100% design of a two-way protected bicycle lane and pedestrian improvements along Seventh Street from Military Road to North East Street in Frederick, Maryland. The project’s scope of work includes Final Design services. SHA may award one project-specific contract for these services. The duration of the contract will not exceed 24 months. The total funding authority for this contract shall not exceed $362,625. No minimum amount of work or funds is guaranteed under this contract. All work performed under this contract must be for services as outlined in the contract scope of work and in conformance with all contract terms and conditions and payment provisions.
