The selected contractor(s) shall be able to: Provide DPOR licensed & certified Master tradesmen or appropriately qualified personnel suited to the assignments Provide 24/7 on-call & emergency services with a 3-hour response time to any location within New Kent County Work effectively in all utility locations (outdoors, pump houses, sewer pumping stations, treatment buildings, etc.) Troubleshoot and analyze equipment and systems Document and report equipment failures, repairs and equipment history Anticipate and solve problems and provide useful feedback to DPU; Examples of equipment to be serviced include: Individual breakers up to 3,200 amps Transient Voltage Surge Suppression systems, lightning protection & relay protection Variable Frequency Drives Magnetic flow meters Electrical switchgear/automatic transfer switches HVAC control panels Programmable Logic Controllers Uninterrupted Power Supply Pumps & Motors, 3-200 horsepower (submersible & vertical turbine well pumps, vertical motors, submersible grinder pumps, booster pumps, etc.) Other utility equipment such as pumps, blowers, motors, valves, starters, actuators, meters, transmitters, float switches, level sensors, pressure transducers, piping, etc.
