Janitorial service in accordance with specifications 910V02. Supplier must be a duly licensed and bonded firm with the State of Alabama. Service to be performed three days a week after 5 pm: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with the exception of State & Federal holidays which would result in a 2-day service week & should reflect a decrease in that month’s invoice. The upper floor is NOT occupied, the billing should reflect only the lower 2311 sq ft (approximate) that is occupied. Vendor to supply all cleaning chemicals and supplies needed, including vendor supplied vacuum and mopping supplies and can liners. Building has carpet squares and LVT flooring. ONLY fast drying mild cleaners should be used on the LVT as to not cause damage. Vendor shall be responsible for any damage due to improper cleaning of floors.
