At a minimum, 1 (one) service for each of the following equipment/instrument at each DPS Crime Lab location will be performed annually as an inspection/maintenance service and must include, but not be limited to, the listed below. Any additional service and or repair will be performed on an as requested, as needed basis and must include, but not be limited to: 1. EZ1 Advanced XL robot or EZ2 Connect FX: a. Cleaning and/or lubrication of piercing unit, plungers, plunger channels, and spacers, plunger O-rings, P-spindle and linear shafts, Zspindle and LM guide, motor spindle and inside threads, Y-axis LM guides b. Replacement of dust filter, nozzle O-rings and plunger O-rings c. Operational check and verification of following: i. Verify Y-axis settings ii. Verify Z-axis settings iii. Verify P-axis settings iv. Verify M-axis settings d. Perform and record results of: i. Temperature tests ii. Leakage tests iii. UV light tests iv. Pipetting tests
