a) Signage Requirements The Commission will provide all artwork (renderings, logos, etc.) to the Selected Respondent prior to fabrication of the construction signage, along with a Construction Signage Order Form. Please refer to Exhibit C – Sample Task Order and Construction Sign Order Form. The Selected Respondent will be required to generate a proof of the sign and send it to the Authorized Commission Representative for approval. The Selected Respondent must not commence fabrication of the sign prior to receiving approval from the Authorized Commission Representative or designee. The PBC will not be responsible for any production(s) created without proper approval. Once the proof is approved, the Selected Respondent will fabricate the construction signage in accordance with the Commission’s minimum performance standards and specifications noted on the Task Order and Construction Signage Order Form. Typical sign specifications include the following: Size: 4’ x 8’ x ½” Material: Medium density overlay wood sign Color: 4 color Durability: For a minimum of 18 months Performance standards and specifications are subject to change. Signage must be made of material able to withstand varying weather conditions and must be properly secured to fence or other immovable property fixture (or object), or in an area deemed appropriate by the Commission.
