1) All trees or portions which fall onto neighboring landowners shall be immediately removed. All trees which fall into streams, fields, or gas line right-of-ways shall be removed before topping or limbing. 2) Pipeline R/W shall be crossed according to instructions from the owner of the pipeline R/W (Columbia Gas Company). All crossings of the 2” pipeline shall be mounded with sufficient dirt to prevent damage to the 2” pipeline. 3) Stream crossings may be removed at the completion and acceptance of logging and reclamation beyond the crossing. 4) All skid roads shall be leveled and outsloped after completion of skidding. Skid roads shall also have rolling dips constructed as needed to divert water runoff. 5) Landings and skid roads for 25’ on either side of spring crossings and 100’ on either side of stream crossings shall be grass seeded and mulched with hay after completion of logging activities. Skid roads which are in excess of 15% grade shall be seeded and fertilized. 6) All skid roads shall be built with the intent of dual use; logging access and future hiking trails
