3.1.1 Moving Services 3.1.1.1 Vendor must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial/office moving services, including but not limited to packing and moving boxes, padding equipment, loading and unloading furniture, equipment, and supplies (including computer and data center equipment) and files/records. 3.1.1.2 Vendor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies, including but not limited to lifts, dollies, furniture pads, mechanical tools, protective clothing for individuals assigned to perform moving services, heavy duty corrugated boxes (speed pack moving boxes), and all other packaging necessary to move furniture, equipment, supplies (including computer and data center equipment) and files/records. 3.1.1.3 Vendor must utilize padding and protective procedures to prevent damage to any area involved in the moveincluding but not limited to building interior/exterior grounds. 3.1.1.4 Vendor must ensure that all personal computers, terminals, printers and all other electronic and/or mechanical equipment are packed in a manner that will prohibit any damage during the moving process. Vendor will be responsible for any damages incurred during the move and will pay for any repair and/or replacement costs resulting from damage. 3.1.1.5 Vendor must secure any open file carts, filled file cabinets and/or equipment with loose parts with shrink wrap.
