1. The Contractor shall receive materials from the cleanups at a lawfully zoned and permitted site within approximately 30 minutes travel time from 72nd and Dodge Street. The location of the receiving site must be identified in Attribute #19 on the “Attributes” tab. 2. The Contractor shall be open for receiving material by 9:00 AM and remain open until at least 4:30 PM on each cleanup day. 3. Sufficient space shall be maintained throughout the day to allow safe, timely and lawful off-loading of containers at the Contractor’s site. 4. The Contractor shall handle and process all appliances and other materials received in a manner that complies with all applicable federal, state and local rules, regulations and requirements, including but not limited to EPA requirements for Freon removal. 5. The City shall provide an inspector at the neighborhood cleanup site to help monitor materials placed in the container for recycling and to maintain a log of the number and type of appliances delivered in each load.
