Site Verification Services: 1. Consultant shall conduct site investigations/verifications a. Approximately 77 facilities in 25 locations throughout the State of South Dakota. b. Review current FISP to verify all assets for each site c. Conduct counts and measurements of assets to verify accurate quantities are captured d. Consultant shall determine actual field real property quantities, sizes, etc. that correlate to real property inventory. Database Review/Updates/Corrections: 1. Consultant shall prepare 1354’s for each facility requiring changes to the real property inventory. 2. Consultant must provide an individual with current Computer Access Card (CAC), and approved access to RPLANS and PrideWeb. Individual will be required to obtain a South Dakota profile to use a local federal computer for data entry. 3. Consultant shall complete data edits in RPLANS and PrideWeb to reflect site verification findings. Project Schedule: 1. This project will need to be completed no later than August 31, 2026.
