1.1 The maintenance shall include but not be limited to work necessary to restore equipment to operation in the event of a breakdown, general maintenance and repair of existing equipment, and also includes but not limited to installation of new or replacement equipment not to exceed a total project cost of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) including labor and equipment. 1.2 The repairs shall consist of but not limited to replacing parts to restore power. Contractor shall be capable of responding within one and one-half (1 1/2) hours’ notice and operate 24 hours per day, when required. 1.3 The work will be unscheduled and intermittent and on an “as needed” basis. Contractor will be expected to have personnel onsite to assist the City’s Facilities Maintenance Division in the event of a disaster. 1.4 The City reserves the right to determine the quantity of Contractor personnel on each project. 1.5 This contract may be utilized by all City departments such as Public Works, Water Utilities, etc.
