The State of Delaware is inviting qualified and/or certified agencies to submit proposals for stenographic reporting and transcription services on an as-needed basis. Vendors are required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to support the State of Delaware's requirements as outlined in this document. Recognizing that vendors may specialize in either stenographic or transcription services, proposals may be submitted for stenographic services only, transcription services only, or both. The awarded vendor(s) will collaborate with the ordering agency to ensure the delivery of state-of-the-art materials and services tailored to the agency's needs. This opportunity is open to all qualified vendors interested in enhancing Delaware’s transcription and stenographic capabilities.
