The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, material, labor, equipment, machinery, and accessories necessary for all milling, grading, paving and striping at the Culpeper County Courthouse located at 135 W. Cameron Street, and Culpeper County Lower Parking Lot located across from Yowell Medow Park at 211 N. Blue Ridge Ave. The work to be performed as a result of this IFB shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications herein as more specifically defined in Attachment A (Paving Plan, date 3/14/25). Attachment B (Grading Plan, Culpeper County Parking Lots) provides the parking area outlined in “red” of the area of required work in the Lower Parking Lot. It is anticipated that this project will commence in Fall of 2025.
