1.1. Remove and dispose existing mulch material from approximately 1,000 sq ft parcel. 1.2. Furnish, install, and spread new top soil (approximately 19.00 Cubic Yards) to cover entire 1,000 sq ft parcel at a depth of 6”. 1.2.1. This material must be a top quality, fine screened, loam that is commonly recognized and sold as topsoil. Topsoil must be of uniform quality, free from hard clods, stiff clay, hardpan, sods, partially disintegrated stone, coal, lime, cement, ashes, slag, concrete, tar residues, tarred paper, boards, chips, sticks or any other undesirable material. 1.3. Furnish and install in Section A of parcel, as depicted in Exhibit F, approximately 55 white wood aster plants (3” pots). Spacing between plants is 1 foot. 1.3.1. Area of Section A is approximately 366 sq. ft. Perimeter is approximately 131 ft
