• Contractor is responsible for designing a full field irrigation system • Contractor will connect with the current water supply to Field 1 to feed the proposed Irrigation system • All equipment used shall be the responsibility of the contractor • Contractor shall use proper equipment so that there is minimal damage to the turfgrass of the field. Contractor shall list what equipment they plan to use for the installation as well • All system valves will be located outside the playing field in the common grass area on the 3rd base side of the field • The appropriate rotors, heads & nozzles will be included in installation to cover all turfgrass areas of the field • The contractor will install rotors, heads & nozzles installed around the infield or dirt area for dust control & watering of said infield skinned area or dirt area • Electrical wiring is the responsibility of contractor from electric panel of Field 1 located in the bottom of the pressbox to control box & to each valve • The system control box will be wifi operational via computer or smart phone app as well as in person • A warranty of a minimum of one (1) year for the system is required • Contractor is responsible for a diagram of the proposed system using the provided overhead picture of the field • All contractors and subcontractors will comply with Tennessee Codes Annotated requirements toward bids over $25,000. A copy of the requirements is included in this bid specifications • Insurance is the responsibility of the electric contractor • All work will be done with minimal damage to the existing property • The job will be completed in no more than 30 days from the time of starting onsite work – weather permitting
