The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies (except those specified in Section 2.2.1) necessary to perform the daily, weekly, monthly, semimonthly, and annual cleaning of the building in strict conformance with the standards specified in these specifications. Cleanable square footage and counts as follows: 1. Carpet 58,710 sq. ft. 2. Tile 17,578 sq. ft. 3. Total sq. ft. 76,288 sq. ft. 4. Windows 199 5. Venetian Blinds 199 6. Light Fixtures 1377 7. Restrooms 20 (1) Bidders are advised to take their own measurements and counts. 2. The Contractor must own or acquire, prior to the start of the contract, all necessary commercially rated equipment for the proper performance of the contract. Said equipment must be at the facility and fully operational upon contract start-up.
