A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide monthly boiler and chiller chemical treatment maintenance and annual cleaning services for the EDD facilities located at the above-referenced addresses in accordance with these Specifications. B. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: • Inspections pertaining to chemical treatment services. • Consultation/planning on best method to achieve the intended result. • Completion of chemical treatment and cleaning work orders as provided by the EDD Representative. • Monthly chemical treatment maintenance. • Annual cleaning of the systems. • Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazard, faulty equipment, or other condition encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office which the Contractor determines needing repair or replacement. • The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, local, and EDD office policies and procedures while on the premises. C. All work shall be completed in compliance with any related drawings and specifications and shall comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances. For final acceptance, all work areas shall be complete and ready for occupancy; all equipment shall be installed, connected, and in operating condition and all utility connections shall be complete and accepted by the authority having jurisdiction. D. The Contractor is not licensed to and shall not make any repairs to the systems. If equipment concerns arise, the Contractor must submit a written description of any problems to the EDD Representative.
