In this RFI, the County is interested in obtaining information from vendors related to the provision of BPA Services. It is the County’s goal for its BPA Services thirdparty administrator to offer four (4) basic categories of system tools: 1) those that face County employees and allow for new hire enrollments, life events, annual enrollment, etc.; 2) those that employee benefits staff use to assist employees, manage benefits adjustments, and conduct all customer service activities; 3) those that departmental benefit coordinators and union-based enrollers use to conduct enrollments and limited customer service activities; and 4) those that allow the County’s in-house benefits teams at varying levels of access to create both templated reports and highly flexible ad hoc reports derived from any and all data tracked by the system.
