The Contractor shall deliver, install/set-up, test and/or calibrate, and provide a minimum of eight (8) hours of operational training of a Quantum 3D Microscope System (including Q3M S1 and Q3M F1 Models) or Equal. Vendors submitting equals must meet or exceed REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS, to include Minimum Characteristics outlined below to be considered for an award. PREFERRED SPECIFICATIONS are nice-to-haves, features or characteristics that would improve the user’s experience or add extra value but are not absolutely critical for the product's core functionality. Awarded contractor shall provide the same requirements above for any additional 3D Microscope System that may be purchased over the next eighteen (18) months (See Ordering Option on page x of x). Upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the eight (8) hours of operational training may be split up into two 4-hour increments over a consecutive two-day period. Any ordering location selecting the additional four (4) hours of operational training will receive the training the next day following a one day (8 hours) of operational training or after the 2nd day of operational training, if the training will be split into two 4- hour increments.
