The proposal response shall demonstrate the firm’s ability in providing engineering services necessary forproject along N. 14th St. from Salt Creek Bridge to Adams St. Site visits and project research during the evaluation period will help determine services that may be required. A detailed scope of services will be developed during negotiations. Professional services may include, but are not limited to, the following categories: a. EnvironmentalStudies b. Traffic operation studies c. Traffic operation design d. Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) e. Engineeringsurvey f. Land surveying g. Right-of-Way Services (ROW design, plan development, legal descriptions) h. Geologicalstudies i. Public involvement j. Answering technical questions and reviewing shop drawings during construction k. Local, state, and federal permit preparation l. Costestimating m. Utility and agency coordination
