1. 1 LS MOBILIZATION/GENERAL CONDITIONS, including preparation of all items required for site access, access and safety plan, sidewalk closures, coordination with playground manufacturers for installation of Buy-Board City purchased equipment, and all other items, as shown on plans and noted in general notes. 2. 1 LS TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE AND TREE PROTECTION FENCE, to include tree protection fencing, tree protection, stakes, and construction fencing as shown and detailed on Sheets LV 1.01 and LV 2.01. All work to meet the City of Garland standards & specifications. 3. 1 LS EROSION CONTROL SWPPP PLAN, to be complete in place per plans, specs and addenda Include maintenance, inspections and repairs as needed for duration of job. Inclusive of SWPP plan, silt fence, inlet protection, construction entrances, construction mat, rock check dams and any BMP indicated on the plans and detail sheets. All erosion control to meet the City of Garland standards & specifications, clean up – dress up, dispose of spoils and trash, remove BMP’s after turf is established as shown and detailed on Sheets LE 1.01 and detailed on Sheet LE 2.01
