Remove existing pump and motor. • Install new pump and motor. • Replace column pipe. • Install new column pipe check valves. • Install new air lines. • Disinfect and televise the well. • Inspect and megger the lines from the contractor to the well head. • Replace pump in-kind or equivalent equal to be approved by the Village. Village shall have final approval of pump and motor. • Contractor shall remain off private property and operate within a normal work week, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Contractor shall have pump and motor tested prior to installation by the manufacturer certified flow tests. Final report shall be given to the Village before authorization to install is provided. • Remove the existing pump and motor and install new equipment
