● The equipment required under these specifications is to be used by the City for Emergency response. The equipment shall be new, of the latest production model as evidenced by the manufacturer’s published literature and it shall conform to all specifications contained herein ● Detailed specifications of the exact equipment offered must accompany the bid. Any and all supplies, parts and/or attachments not specifically mentioned but necessary to ensure a complete and safe product shall be furnished by the successful bidder ● The equipment shall conform in strength, quality of material, and workmanship to what is usually provided by good engineering practice. Any added allied equipment shall be installed in such a manner so as not to adversely affect the original manufacturer's product ● All aftermarket equipment and parts shall include all items to make it fully operational. All aftermarket equipment and accessories in the specification will be completely installed and operational prior to acceptance of the vehicle
