1.1 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm, sprinkler system and all fire extinguishers. 1.2 The contractor shall render two (2) inspections per year of the fire alarm and two (2) inspections of the sprinkler systems per year. The fire extinguishers shall be inspected, serviced, and recharged, required by code. Each fire extinguisher shall be recertified each year with new tags attached. 1.3 Equipment included in this contract consists of, but not limited to the following: Fire Alarm: LIST OF KNIGHT FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT Approximate NO.
