The Public Outreach Section of the Policy, Planning and Intermodal Development Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as AOT, is seeking contractor services to assist in the building and maintaining positive relations between AOT, the general public, and other stakeholders throughout project development and construction. Stakeholders include, but are not limited to, Regional Planning Commissions (RPCs), municipalities, State Legislators, emergency service providers, local businesses, abutting property owners, and local educational facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed of the project scope, schedule, alternative traffic flows, contractor activities, and other relevant project information. The Contractor shall be responsible for collecting and organizing all project questions, comments, and concerns, and will assist AOT staff with any required resolutions.
