• Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace existing chiller with the appropriately sized Modular Chiller in the basement of the WWRF building utilizing the existing cooling tower with new media material. • Mobilize on jobsite. • Demo existing chiller, dispose of per EPA regulations, WWRF will recover freon prior to demo. • Furnish and install new modular chiller of appropriate size to cool the building. • Retrofit all electrical, as needed. • Retrofit chilled water and condenser water piping, as needed. Fit to the existing water tower. • Insulate piping, as needed. • Factory start up. • Verify proper operation of the system. • De-mobilize and remove all debris from work site. • Work is to be performed during normal business hours between 8am to 4:00pm. • Provide warranty for the equipment. • Bidders shall provide product data and specifications for the intended equipment.
