The Commissioners of Leonardtown are seeking bids for improvements to stormwater facilities at three locations within the Town. The job will consist of installing inlet structures, HDPE pipe, riprap and site grading. A. Three locations are scheduled for stormwater drainage improvements: Academy Hills, Singletree at Moakley; Miss Bessie Drive and Camalier Drive. B. The Contractor shall visit the construction sites before submitting a proposal and thoroughly familiarize themselves with all existing conditions, both above and below ground. C. The Contractor shall verify the accuracy and completeness of these Specifications. Drawings are attached as Attachments 4, 5 and 6. D. The Contractor shall account for all site conditions in their bid, to ensure a complete and functional project. See Attachment # 3, Bid Form. E. Any discrepancies in Specifications or field conditions must be reported to the Town at the pre-construction meeting. F. The Contractor shall protect all properties from damage and repair, at their own expense, any damage caused to public or private property. G. The Contractor shall keep the premises free from waste materials and leave the work area clean. H. Limits of Disturbance must be reviewed and approved with the Town prior to construction.
