1) Equipment a. TVs – Qty 4. i. 2 will be at the front of the room on flat wall mounts. (Approximately 80”, but vendor to confirm size) ii. 2 will be for the side wall, one on each side on wall mounts that can swing out to around 30 degrees (Approximately 72”, but vendor to confirm size) b. In ceiling speakers and microphones c. Logitech Rally bar attached to the 2 Front TV’s d. Logitech Tap IP set up at the podium e. Microphone for presenters. f. 2 ceiling mounted cameras 2) Function a. The 2 front TV’s should act as a single screen with the each of the side TVs displaying the same as the front. b. In ceiling speakers and mics tied into the Logitech rally bar for Virtual meetings c. The presenter mic to be wireless and ties into the speakers. d. There is a desktop that is there and will be the main controlling computer for the displays but need to have a connection for outside laptops to be used for display / presentation purposes. e. Ceiling mounted cameras will be for monitoring the room during cadet class testing / training and will be located with one in the front of the room and one in the back.
