The successful bidder (Contractor) shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform asbestos hazard remediation services as detailed in (Appendix F). The Work Plan (Appendix F) has been devised on behalf of WSDOT by a third-party consultant. Should any discrepancy arise between the language of Appendix F and that of the rest of this solicitation, the language of Appendix F shall prevail unless it contradicts Washington State Agency policy. In the event of a contradiction between Appendix F and Washington State Agency policy, WSDOT will have sole authority to determine the resolution of the contradiction and will issue the determination in writing. The Contractor shall work with WSDOT and its consultant to perform the work under this contract. Any communication between the Contractor and the consultant shall include appropriate WSDOT staff. Any deviation from the terms and conditions of this solicitation, Appendix F, or the resulting contract must be approved by WSDOT. During contract performance, no amendment or change to the work plan that affects contract pricing will be allowed without prior written approval from WSDOT.
