The Department of Insurance requires a total of 120 hours per week of Uniformed Armed Security Guard Services at its Headquarters Building located at 3200 Beechleaf Court, Raleigh, NC (DOI Headquarters). The Uniformed Armed Security Guard Services consist of two (2) armed Security Guards at all times during normal business hours to be stationed at two (2) separate locations within one building. Normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 6:00PM, excluding State Holidays. Vendor must provide armed security coverage during adverse weather. The DOI Headquarters building is one of two (2) buildings located on Beechleaf Court (the Beechleaf Campus) that is currently owned by a third-party landlord. The Landlord contracts with another private protective services company (Campus Security) to patrol the Beechleaf Campus 24/7/365. Security Guards shall be stationed at two (2) security desks located at the 1st Floor Employee Entrance and at the 2nd Floor Main Entrance, unless on patrol or responding to an incident.
