Feasibility of replacing existing light standards with decorative light standards including: Compatibility of existing electrical services with decorative fixtures; Evaluation of light standard spacing and compliance with applicable regulations from Illinois Department of Transportation or other body; Condition of existing footings/anchors and their ability to be reused for decorative light standards in future; and Evaluation of nearby adjacencies such as sidewalks, curb cuts, street trees and utilities. Requirements for outside agency permitting, Infrastructure needs and cost of replacing the existing concrete light standards with decorative standards, the same or similar to those located in the Village’s downtown district.
