The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking bids for 8" Full Depth Asphalt Patching on Hwy 86 (SC 86) and 6” Full Depth Patching on Broadway Lake Rd (S-247) in Anderson County. A location map is attached. All work shall conform to all requirements listed herein. The Contractor will remove by milling to the appropriate depth (Measured from original surface course) the existing asphalt and base material. After proof rolling to the engineer's approval, Contractor will replace with HMA at the appropriate depth and number of lifts in accordance with section 401.3.9 of the 2025 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Compensation for Full Depth Patching includes all aspects of excavation, milling, hauling off of material, asphalt, asphalt placement and any other incidentals associated with this work.
