A Job Order Contract will encompass individual construction tasks, including, but not limited to, the following types of maintenance repair and construction projects encountered by Using Governmental Units (UGUs) or Owners: General Contractor (minimum BD3 license) Roofing (minimum (RF3 license) Electrical (minimum EL5 license) Plumbing (minimum PB5 license) HVAC – (minimum HT5/AC5 license); The Contractors may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations and facilities in the designated regions. Each UGU will manage their JOC Program. When projects have not been designed, the JOC Administrator will be able to view for auditability and accuracy the same construction drawings the Contractor uses as the basis for project proposals.
